The fee is 5% of the base item price, rounded up to the next cent: a $10 item costs $10.50 before tax. Checkout shows the item, fee and applicable tax before confirmation. Tingle+ prices are the full advertised subscription price without an additional service fee. Sales tax is not platform profit and generates no seller/referral commissions or purchase game rewards. Creators remain responsible for their income taxes. Purchases are offered to US residents at launch.

Teens may request eligible one-time Tingle Store purchases. The parent reviews the exact item and price, verifies through the configured process, approves and pays once. Links expire after 24 hours and cannot authorize another item or future billing. Changed offers need fresh approval. Parent payments remain unavailable until verification is configured. Email possession and a checkbox alone are not treated as verified parental consent. The receipt link allows review, help/refund requests and revocation of permission for remaining purchased coins to buy random eggs. Revocation does not automatically refund the purchase or undo opened rewards.

Review the recurring amount, billing period and benefits before subscribing. Explicit Checkout acceptance authorizes recurring charges at the displayed amount plus applicable tax. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period; it does not automatically refund a completed charge. Contact support for help or a refund. Creator memberships and Tingle+ are adults-only at launch.

Rainbow Cosmetic Eggs cost 2,000 Park Coins: 50% common, 35% rare, 10% legendary and 5% mythic. Items within the chosen rarity prioritize unowned cosmetics; when that rarity is fully owned, the result is already owned with no additional reward. Rainbow Decor Eggs cost 1,000 Park Coins; current rarity odds appear in the Garden Shop before purchase. Each eligible decoration within a rarity has equal chances; duplicates give another placeable copy. Daily, level and other earned eggs can have different odds. Their saved pools, exact chances, duplicate conversions and fallbacks appear in egg details before opening. Existing eggs retain their saved contents when the catalog changes. Purchased coins, including bundled bonus coins and coins derived from paid treats, are tracked separately; earned coins are spent first. Paid-coin random eggs remain unavailable until enabled after review. Teens additionally need optional, purchase-specific parent approval for that coin allocation. No cash-out, trading or resale value is offered.

Game items normally arrive after payment confirmation; a network delay does not require buying again. Custom creator offers specify scope and delivery expectations. Declined/cancelled orders follow the refund status shown on the order. Contact support with the reference for non-delivery, duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases or material problems. We assess the facts and applicable rights rather than declaring all digital purchases non-refundable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and can take time to appear. Full refunds can remove purchased items and recover coins; consumed rewards may require review. Partial store refunds adjust recorded earnings and progress proportionately. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
